Our Southern Highlands law firm has been part of the community for more than 20 years.
The firm joined the Stacks Law Group in 2003. Since then, Stacks Southern Highlands has been helping local people and businesses across a wide range of legal areas, including the sale and purchase of homes, compulsory acquisition of property, preparing wills, assisting with deceased estates, advising families and local businesses, and helping to resolve claims and other disputes.
In 2021 Neville Hesford and Hugh McAulay took over operation of the firm.
Neville and Hugh were both born and raised in the Southern Highlands. After studying and working in private practice in the Australian Capital Territory for a number of years, they returned to Bowral to continue growing the capacity of Stacks to support the Highlands community into the future.
Neville and Hugh are currently both on the executive committee of the Berrima District and Southern Tablelands Law Societies.
